Mr. Scordato, or Joe as we called him later in life (as we all from Evergreen Knolls became adults) was a man we all admired. He had a wicked sense of humor and treated us all as his “children” while we grew up in the neighborhood. We grew to respect and love him for the father figure he became. I have many memories spending time at the Scordato house growing up with his children Paul, Betsy and Joanne. He was the last living Patriarch of our beloved Evergreen Knolls. RIP Mr. Scordato... you will be missed...

I worked with Joe in sales for many years and always admired his intelligence and hard work he gave to M&C. He was such a great asset to them and most importantly to his loving wife and family. He'll be greatly missed in many ways. My sincere condolences to his family and may God welcome him into his kingdom.

Many fond memories of college break visits to the Scordato household. Joe sure put up with a lot of shenanigans. May his memory be a blessing always to you all.
