Uncle Jay, fellow veteran,
It was an honor to have you in my life! And I will always grateful for you coming to my wedding. Your humor, your gracefulness will be missed. Even though I was not there by your side in you last days...you will be missed! I love you and we will mourn you until we join you! You are now and always shall be a Marine....Now go...Go stand with God as a proud man and a human being!
Go and serve with the angels and other Marines! I will see you in Valhalla (Heaven) when God calls me home!!
Love you,
Charles

Uncle Jay I miss you! Your humorous fun personality will forever be remembered. It was never a dull moment with you around. I vividly remember the weekend Brittney, Sandra and I spent with you driving around the city half the night and spending the next day at Coney Island. I also remember the last family road trip when you drove us to see Charles and Aunt Dot! That was quite the experience I must say, lol! You will always have a special place in my heart. Wish I could’ve seen you one last time.. I love you and we shall meet again❤️

Uncle Jay! I know that you are in a better place watching over us. I wish we could’ve have took one more road trip. I will never forget that time you took Sandra, Melanie, and I on a road trip through NYC. I remember like it was yesterday. We got to experience our cultural and see things we wouldn’t have. You was knowledgeable about the history of our culture and people. I tend to carry that on and learn more. I really appreciate that something I will never forget. There is an altar with your name on it and you can come visit me any time you please! I love you!
