Doug was a great guy. Enjoyed bowling with him and making him his hot dogs with sauted onions at the JV snack bar. He will be missed.

My deepest condolences to the family. I grew up knowing Douggie,Angie, Lenny, and Stevie. Their Grandfather Bishop S J Burke was my pastor in Rochester N.Y. We had good times coming up in church. I'm really going to miss you my Brother. We are praying for the family. Elder Freddie L Blue.

Douglas was a wonderful man who will be missed by many. There was rarely a time when he was not the shining light of wherever he was and that is a rare quality in any human. I wish his family the best and Will remember him fondly.

Our hearts go out to Douglas Child's family. We remember Douglas when he was a very young boy - as we were very young too. He and his family (mom dad, Angie and Lyn (sp?) used to attend our family's church, The House Of God - when they lived in Syracuse, NY. We remember Douglas being a very quiet and sweet young boy. We are sure he will be missed by his family and church family. To his mom, Betty - We loved y'all! From Cookie and Verona from Syracuse, NY we send you our condolences. Verona saw Dougie on the news being remembered as one who succumbed to Covid-19. Our prayers are with you. God bless.
